Very good service, very helpful as the cartridge for my Brother printer was not a cartridge I knew. With some help we found the right cartridge which worked first time. Will use the company again.

In your delivery there would have been a freepost returns label with instructions on how to return the cartridge to us which is a free of charge service to our customers. I'll also email you one as well incase you have more than one cartridge.

With regards to recycling your old toner cartridges, we have just introduced a freepost label with all orders which allows our customers to utilise our free recycling scheme. I will email you one across.
